Catan Shopping opened in 2011. Located at Km 29 of Route 3, a few meters from Route 21, Catan Shopping Mall is a full shopping center, which includes 5,000 square meters–in its 65 stores, a large food court, an entertainment area with options for different ages and 500 parking spaces, with permanent security.

GLA was in charge of its management for a year and their conversion regarding marketing and image of the mall.
